She is available for presentations on various social justice issues and story telling strategies. She is also available for public reading of her written work.

Rosanna is fiercely committed to thriving in authenticity, and her life’s work is grounded in her mission to embrace personal power through creative inspiration. Toward that end, she has worked with a variety of clients to help individuals and organizations in their professional development needs. Her experience includes coaching clients at the executive levels of administration, as well as emerging professionals.

Workshops

Rosanna’s praxis is one that pulls from healing centered engagement strategies and adapts to the intersectional needs of the organizations she partners with. She is a skilled facilitator with a thorough approach to the nuanced needs of the groups she shares space with and her ability to connect to the range of work across sectors is an asset honed through her years of cross-sector work. Her repertoire includes professional and organizational development, strategics storytelling and advocacy, wellness, and writing workshops.

Keynote Addresses

Rosanna has extensive experience as a keynote speaker. Among her keynote address highlights are: “Community Forged: Poetic Legacies of Storytelling for Social Justice” for the Transforming Communities: A Movement to Racial Justice Symposium; “Belonging and Bienvenida” for El Centro - Chicanx/Latinx Student Success Center at San José State University; and “Storytelling with Heart for Advocacy” for the New Americans Fellowship hosted by the Santa Clara County Division of Equity and Social Justice.

Facilitation

Rosanna’s facilitation approach elevates collective conversations while thriving fiercely in the fullness of authenticity. She has over two decades of experience facilitating and creating workshops. Her methods have been praised for her ability to support the needs of a variety of learners in engaging and interactive ways.

Performances & Collaborations

Rosanna is available for public reading of her written work. She is also open on collaborating on performances that include spoken word, music, and/or Aztec dance. She has appeared on various stages internationally and locally. She has performed with Teatro Campesino and served as a featured poet for the San Jose Women’s March and with a live band at the San Jose Museum of Art. She has also been featured on public radio and television by way of KKUP, KPFA, Univision, Telemundo, and NBC.
